Cancellation Policy for Drawing and Painting Courses
The full booking fee is returnable up to 14 days before the course date. If you cancel within 14 days of the course date the course fee is not returnable, however, a voucher (equivalent to the fee paid, less 20% administration fee) will be issued.
Paul Priestley retains the right to cancel a course at any time, for whatever reason. If this happens clients will be entitled to a full refund of their booking fee, or the option of transferring to another course, whichever is preferable.
Returns Policy
In the case of faulty goods Paul Priestley will replace or refund the goods if returned within 30 days.
Please enclose a covering note with details of your reason for return, and what you would like us to do about it. Please also include your order number and details of your original method of payment.
