Art Societies

Paul's painting and drawing demonstrations and workshops are becoming very popular.  He can demonstrate everything from basic painting, drawing and pastel techniques to the painting methods of the Impressionists.

Course Structure

Whilst every course is different all courses will contain the following:

  • Welcome and introduction
  • Drawing and painting demonstrations where appropriate
  • A session on colour theory and colour mixing where appropriate
  • How to create ideas for your paintings/drawings and compose them ready for completion
  • Whilst painting or drawing you'll receive lots of motivating and informative advice
  • A plenary session, where each work will be considered individually by Paul who will offer expert commentary and advice

A light lunch is included in the course fee.All course materials are provided on Taster courses only.

We use great rural venues out in the countryside and in beautiful market towns for our workshops and courses.
